  Making a reservation
  When will I know my reservation status?
  Your reservation status will be informed within 24 hours on the working day basis. However, it may take longer during the peak/high season period. Should you have further inquiries, please contact booking@thainavigation.com
  I request the king bed size for my staying at the hotel, will I get it?
  The hotel and Thainavigation do not guarantee for all the special requests and all are on the availability basis; however, Thainavigation.com will try all the best to satisfy all customer requests.
  Can I book the hotel room for my friend?
  Absolutely. In the booking process, we will ask for all the credit card number to guarantee the request. Please be sure that all the detail that you have provided is correct. And If you have all the needed information such as credit card number, expired date, there should have no problem.
  Can I make a reservation through the hotel?
  The special offers listed are only available through our website. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel, you will need to contact them directly.
  What if the hotel or services that I selected do not available?
 

You will be notified via an e-mail address that you provided to us and your credit card will not be charged.


 

Confirmation of reservation

  When I check-in to the hotel or the service, which document do I have to present to the reception counter in order to have the accommodation/services?
  Confirmation of Reservation (.pdf) voucher that has sent from Thainavigation.com is needed when all guest is checking-in the hotel or requesting for their services. Guests have to print it out to show to the reception counter; however, if you have not received this document, please contact booking@thainavigation.com
  Does the guest have to confirm the bookings?
  No, the confirmation of reservation voucher is the only thing you need.
  How long does it take to get a confirmation?
  We normally process all the booking with 24 to 48 hours basis except special occasions such as weekends, high/peak seasons, or special events, etc.)
  How do I check on my request for hotel and services?
  You can view your reservation status by clicking here. or go to “My Trip.”

 

Changing and Cancellation

  If I reserved the hotel or service on the wrong date, how I can change my request?
  All order of booking / services can be changed by contact to booking@thainavigation.com ; however, customers have to pay for the processing and administrating fee.
  If I cancel my hotel reservation 1 day before checking, do I have to pay any penalty fee?
  Yes, cancellation 1 day before of all hotel reservation and other service booking time, customers have to pay the penalty fee of 50% charge of your total amount. In addition, No show or cancellation on the service booking time will be subject to charge 100% charge of the total amount. Also, a cancellation of the guaranteed reservations 2 days before the service booking time will be subject to charge according Thainavigation.com cancellation policy.

 

Security

  Are my credit card detail and personal information safe?
  Yes, your credit card information and personal data are safe with us. We are seriously taking the issue of privacy and security.

 

Payment

  Can I use my credit card that issued from other country to shopping in www.thainavigation.com?
  Presently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  Does taxes and service charges include in the rate?
  Yes, taxes and service charges are included in our internet rates; unless stated otherwise.

  What is a review?
 

We appreciate to receive all of your comments from your staying or using services. Your reviews will be helped us in improving the services and also contribute to others guests’ decisions for their future reference.

  How do I get to the hotel or servicing locations?
  Maps and location information have already provided on the page.
  Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
  Most of hotels have provided shuttle services to and from the airport with additional charges. In case, you need the service, please contact hotel directly for this service.
  Does spa and golf offer transportation services?
  They normally offer transportation services with additional charge.
  What are the check-in and check-out time?
 

Most of hotels are normally allow check-in time at 14.00hrs.and the check-out time is before 12.00hrs. Late check-out can be requested to the hotel directly.
